Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer a Flat delivery rate of R 130 (Cushion Covers ) on all orders under R 2500. Orders over R 2500 will be delivered for FREE. 

We deliver to physical addresses via our courier partners all over South Africa.

If you are not at home during working hours, then please indicate an alternative address such as a business address, as our couriers deliver during office hours.

Although we try our best to get your order delivered to you as quick as possible, orders can take up to  5 - 10 working days for delivery depending on the destination. Some orders will be custom made and it all depends on availability from our suppliers. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. You will receive your tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.

We use The Courier Guy & Triton to deliver our orders. We deliver only to physical addresses via our courier partner all over South Africa. We do not accept postal delivery addresses.

Any person other than yourself who receives the items at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Should nobody be available at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the products. The courier company will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for redeliver. Should nobody still be available we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it b required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind once fabric has been cut. We stand behind the quality of our product and will accept returns, provided the following conditions are met:

The product has not been used.

The product has not been washed

The product has not been damaged or soiled in any way

The product is still in its original packaging

Designer Textiles Network do not accept returns on duvet inners & pillows, due to hygienic reasons

Please follow the care instructions as outlined in product description as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly. The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by Designer Textiles Network due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric or you find that your fabric is faulty, we will replace the fabric at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable we will refund both the fabric cost and the shipping fee (if applicable).

We will arrange a collection and once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will replace the item for you or initiate a refund to your  bank account.

All claims on faulty items must be made within 7 working days of purchase & proof of purchase must be provided. Once the fabric has been cut,even if it is flawed, it will not be refunded.
